PLAY / LEARN / RUN IT BACK

Football bot practice before your next rivalry.

Football bot practice lets you learn a small game without waiting for a human opponent. Pepebets has labeled server-training bots and a separate local practice mode. Use them to get comfortable with movement, shooting angles and sprint energy, then bring those skills into a free match with friends.

Choose server training or local practice

Play a bot creates a match on the game server. It uses the same authoritative movement and scoring model as online matches. Choose 1v1 to face one labeled bot, or 2v2 to play alongside a teammate bot against two opponents. All three computer players are labeled; this format has one human player. Use E to practice passing and move into space when your teammate has the ball. Offline practice runs the simulation locally after the site assets have loaded. Local practice does not prove your internet connection is ready for multiplayer. Both training choices stay outside the human-ranked ladders.

Start with a difficulty you can learn from

Easy is a useful first warm-up, Normal gives you more pressure and Hard asks for cleaner positioning. The bots use game rules and behavior code; they are not human players or claimed professional-level AI. Difficulty changes how they play, not the value of a human ranked result. All bot sessions are free and have no cash prizes or stake deductions.

Practice taking a shot from an angle

Space shoots when your player is close enough to the ball. Get alongside the ball so that its path points toward the goal, rather than pressing the button from too far away. Try approaching from above and below the center line. Notice which routes leave you behind the ball and which let the bot reach it first. A goal is counted by the simulation when the ball enters the goal mouth.

Save sprint energy for a specific job

Shift creates a brief sprint and spends energy. Practice using one burst to catch the ball, then playing the next few seconds without spending the rest. On defense, position yourself between the ball and goal before sprinting toward an interception. The energy meter refills over time. Kits and flags do not alter that meter, movement speed or shooting cooldown.

Take one skill into a human match

After a warm-up, invite a friend to a 1v1 lobby and focus on one improvement, such as leaving sprint energy for defense. In 2v2, practice making space for a teammate pass. Training results do not change Elo. Ranked queues remain human-only and require wallet sign-in. If your group wants a longer session, free cups support solo or duo entries and saved brackets.
